This is a temporary, part time position that may lead to permanent.
Job Description
• Sweeping.
• Window, sidewalk, dock, pier and fixture washing.
• Vacuum, dust offices as required.
• Clean, scrub and disinfects restrooms.
• Maintain supplies in restrooms such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.
• Empty and clean waste and recycle receptacles; pick-up paper and trash and empty into large bins
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and eating areas, drinking fountains and other facilities as required.
• Reports all items in need of repairs or replacement.
• Perform special duties as required.
Requirements:
• Previous Janitorial / Custodian / Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must have general knowledge of custodial care and routine facilities maintenance
