Featuring bottomless beer, bratwursts and sauerkraut with hot mustard, made to order omelets, carved Top Sirloin and breast of turkey, fresh waffles and muffins, assorted pastries, a chilled seafood station, and for dessert fresh cakes and pasties plus a chocolate fountain he will not forget.

    Breakfast Selections:
  • An assortment of danishes, cinnamon rolls and breakfast breads
  • Fresh seasonal fruit display
  • Fluffy scrambled eggs
  • Oven roasted breakfast potatoes
  • Bacon, sausage and ham
  • Belgium waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream

Made to Order Omelettes:
  • Your choice of bacon, ham, spinach, red onion, shrimp, diced peppers, diced tomatoes, sliced mushroom and shredded cheddar cheese
  • Any or all made fresh for you before your eyes

    Chilled Seafood Station:
  • Cocktail crab claws and chilled shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce
  • A variety of fresh sushi rolls with pickled ginger and wasabi
  • Smoked salmon lox with bagels and cream cheese
  • An assortment of caviars with crème fraiche, toast points and grated hard boiled eggs

  • Caesar Salad Mixed baby greens with balsamic vinaigrette
